Step 1: Preparation

Step 3: Customization

Q: So is 7 Minute Minisites a WordPress theme?
No. Instead, we’ve used the greatest theme on the market- OptimizePress- to build out all of these sites. We them clone them, and you simply “deploy” this clone onto a fresh wordpress install. Once you see how easy it is, your head is going to spin.
Q: Is there a limit to how many websites I can create?
You can create an unlimited number of sites on any domain that you own! But in order to build a site on someone else’s domain (i.e. your client), you’ll have to purchase a separate OptimizePress license for them.
Q: Does it matter what web host I use?
Not really, as long as you can install WordPress on domains, you’re good to go. However, I’ve found that BlueHost is the best out there for this process, and is less than $8 per month!
Q: How technical do I need to be for this to work?
Some techie skills don’t hurt, but the training we’ve put together assume very little about your web skills. Simply follow the step-by-step, click-by-click instructions, and you’ll be up and running in no time.
Q: What are some of the things I’ll be able to customize?
You can change the banner (background color, image, or have no banner!), your site copy (text, images, videos), buy links, opt-in form code, footer links, legal page info, and lots more. Pretty much anything you see on these sites, you can edit. But remember, it’s always easier to tweak an existing site, than to start from a black page.
